“Vanagupės 60” is a 450 sq m leisure apartment building with 11 units located in the quiet Vanagupė area of Palanga, next to the previously completed “Vanagupės vakarai” development. The project continues the architectural and urban vision of the area, creating a cohesive and aesthetically harmonious environment.
The four-storey building is designed with a contemporary architectural expression featuring curved volumes, a flat roof, and terraced sections oriented towards the surrounding greenery. The building’s exterior continues the architectural language of the neighbouring development, maintaining similar scale, proportions, and horizontal façade lines, while introducing its own identity through expressive curved forms.
The façade materials and colour palette are consistent with the surrounding buildings, incorporating light clinker tiles, steel elements, and glass balcony railings.
“Vanagupės 60” is a small-scale architectural development that complements the established “Vanagupės vakarai” area and helps create a calm, high-quality seaside living and leisure environment.
