“Loft Town” is a conversion project developed by reconstructing a complex of industrial buildings and adapting it for modern living, creating residential and commercial spaces that comply with all building regulations. It is one of the first projects of this type in Lithuania, where a former industrial area was transformed into a multifunctional urban environment.
During the reconstruction, the original building structures and industrial architectural elements were preserved and adapted to create distinctive and unconventional spaces. The development features enclosed green courtyards, leisure and shared spaces that create a cosy and vibrant environment.
High-quality living in the development is ensured not only by thoughtfully designed green and leisure areas, but also by innovative solutions such as a smart building management system and modernised engineering systems.
“Loft Town” became one of the most distinctive conversion projects not only in Vilnius but also in Eastern Europe. Its architectural and urban planning solutions received recognition both in the market and among experts — the project was awarded in the “Green City – Best Real Estate ECO Project” competition and received an award for the best territory conversion concept in the “For Sustainable Development” awards.
